From
June 2001 to January 2002 Definite Accurate Sdn Bhd was employed by OneSteel Oil
& Gas Pipe as our third party Inspection Company on the Duke Energy
Tasmanian Natural Gas Pipeline Project. The scope covered production activities
undertaken at the Bredero Price pipe coating plant in Kuantan Malaysia. Specific
activities included overseeing all load in, coating operations and load out.
As
the OneSteel third party inspection company representative Definite Accurate,
under the direction of Dr. Philip Hart was completely responsible for the
inspection of the FBE and concrete coating of the submarine pipeline and
associated load outs of pipe onto ocean vessels.
Definite
Accurate Sdn Bhd. duties were inclusive of, but not limited to, complete
management and compliance inspection of specification adherence and project /
logistic execution to ensure the successful completion of this scope of the
project.
We
have found Definite Accurate Sdn. Bhd. to have completed the required scope in a
highly professional manner. In particular Dr. Hart demonstrated his ability to
manage complicated and sensitive customer issues in a manner that clearly
enhanced our Company’s position. He is well respected locally and extremely
diligent in his work attitude. He offered sound solutions to issues that arose
during the project and he facilitated/expedited appropriate interface with local
authorities on numerous occasions.
Definite
Accurate Sdn. Bhd was able to provide inspection resources at short notice to
meet whatever needs arose.
As
a result of this contribution to a successful project I would have no
reservations recommending Definite Accurate Sdn. Bhd and look forward to working
with Dr Hart and his team in the future.
